Chicago

Whether you call it the Windy City, Chi-Town, or any one of the 100+ nicknames, Chicago is a city with a lot to offer.

Visiting Northwestern
Northwestern clinic with choral faculty, followed by a campus tour (subject to confirmation)

Rich History
We will visit places like the Field Museum, Millennium Park, and Shedd Aquarium, just to name a few.

Entertainment
What is a visit to the city without stopping by Cloud Gate (“The Bean”), and how about a night attending the Blue Man Group?

Food
Dinner at Ed Debevic’s (or similar), Hard Rock (or similar), and night of Chicago deep dish at Giordano’s pizza (or similar)

Tour Itinerary

From visits to world renowned museums, to eating at some of Chicago’s most well known establishments, and everything in between. This trip has a little bit of everything to offer, all while getting time to sing as a Chorus.

Day One – Atlanta/Chicago

Arrival into Chicago

Depart Atlanta at 7:15 AM on DL1178, arriving to Chicago, O’Hare at 8:24 AM.

Meet your tour manager and coach.

Transfer to Northwestern for a clinic with choral faculty followed by possible tour of the campus (subject to confirmation).

Enjoy a City tour of Historic Downtown and the Loop

Dinner at Hard Rock Café or similar. Overnight in the River North area at the
Springhill Suites, River North.

    Day Four – Chicago/Atlanta

    Last Day in Chicago, Depart for Home

    Last day to get everything Chicago has to offer before heading home.


    Visit to the Art Institute

    Time for last minute souvenir shopping

    Depart Chicago O’Hare at 7:55PM on DL2879, arriving to Atlanta at 10:59PM

      Day Two – Chicago

      Full Day in Chicago

      Performance at Fourth Presbyterian Church.

      Visit to the Field Museum

      Walking Tour of Millennium Park, with stops at AT&T Plaza, Cloud Gate (“The Bean”), just to name a few.

      Visit the 360 Tilt that extends out over the Magnificent Mile.

      Dinner at Ed Debevic’s (or similar)

        Day Three – Chicago

        Full Day in Chicago

        Tours, Entertainment, and Chicago deep dish.


        Visit the Shedd Aquarium

        Spirit of Chicago Cruise

        Shopping at Navy Pier and Magnificent Mile

        Dinner at Giordano’s Pizza (or similar)

        Watch performance of the Blue Man Group
