2018 Graduation Practice Schedule

Wednesday, May 16th,  First half of 3rd period:  Final rehearsal in chorus room.  (If unable to come during third, then you must come during your chorus class to rehearse.)
Monday, May 21st at 8:45 am: Arrive at Kennesaw State University Convocation Center ready to start a 9am rehearsal.  Will be finished by 10 am.  Allow time for traffic and parking.  You must be present for this rehearsal in order to sing at graduation.
Monday, May 21st at 6 pm:  Meet Dr. Williams at the steps in the sanctuary of Roswell Street Baptist Church wearing gown but no caps or cords.  Girls, wear lower heels as there are many steep steps you will walk.  The program will begin at 7 pm.
Tuesday, May 22nd at 5:45 pm: Meet Dr. Williams at the stage at Kennesaw State University Convocation Center wearing caps and gowns for a final rehearsal/sound check.  (Your homeroom teacher knows you are to meet me rather than the gathering place for all other seniors.). Graduation begins at 7 pm.

April 30 – May 411:30 – 11:54 in the Chorus Room

Wednesday, May 16: during 3rd period in the Chorus Room

Monday, May 21:  9 am at Kennesaw State University   (you will not sing at graduation if you miss this rehearsal)

Monday, May 21:  arrive at 6 pm at Roswell Street Baptist Church program begins at 7 pm  “Irish Blessing”  (wear gowns but not caps)

Tuesday, May 22:  sound check at 5:45 pm at Kennesaw State University

2018 Walton Chorus Fashion Show: Updated

The Walton High School Chorus 13th Annual Fashion Show and Silent Auction, “ALL YOU NEED IS LOVE,” is coming on Saturday, January 27, 2018 at the Walton High School Theater.  This event features student performers throughout the show and models showing off the years finest fashions from retailers such as Dick’s Sporting Goods, Fabrik, and Collage.   A highlight is the modeling of prom fashion from David’s Bridal.  The night begins with a silent auction and raffle with items such as concert tickets, gift certificates, a Big Green Egg, an iPhone and much more!  Proceeds from the event help continue to fund the chorus, providing sheet music, accompanist fees and various other expenses to support our amazing program of over 450 students!
