Grant J., Walton’s 2019 Iron Raider and Camerata Singers Men’s Section Leader, signed to play football at Rhodes College.
Grant not only lettered in Chorus but also lettered in Football, Lacrosse and Wrestling. Grant was awarded this year’s “Iron Raider,” but he is officially our “Singing Iron Raider.”
Walton’s athletic director remarked at the signing, “You can play sports for seasons, but you can sing your whole life.”

Tickets are $30 per person and can be purchased below. You can pay via PayPal with a credit or debit card. Once you click the Buy Now button you will be able to change the quantity to purchase. Ticket orders will close on Friday, April 26th at 5 PM (FIRM, a final count is needed for catering!)

You have the option to pay via PayPal or to print out the order and pay via check or cash. In the “choose a payment option “drop-down menu, select either “PayPal” or “Bill and Print”, and then select “Process Payment”.
To pay by cash or check, please:
- Make the check payable to Walton Choral Booster Club.
- Write the student’s name and order number in the check memo line.
- Place the cash or check and order printout in a Treasurer’s envelope in the locked box in the chorus room by the order deadline, Friday, March 29, 2019 at 3:30 PM.

Our A Cappella choir will deliver a special performance on Tuesday, January 15 at 7:30pm at the Lassiter Concert Hall. Everyone is invited!
Remember to sell those Fashion Show raffle tickets
Raffle tickets for five amazing prizes were sent home on Tuesday this week. For students who took a package, remember to get out and begin selling to earn your lettering points and help raise money for Walton Chorus. All tickets – sold or unsold – will be due back on January 23, 2019.
